In 2025, the Schalders Music Band will be able to look back on 100 years of musical community. It is embedded in the cultural and social life of Schalders, a district of the municipality of Vahrn in the Eisack Valley. Its activities range from festive performances at local village and music festivals to plans for international exchange performances in its anniversary year.
The band is enthusiastically involved in the community – rehearsals, concerts and tours strengthen cohesion and underline the band’s connection to the region. The Schalders festival grounds, with modern infrastructure and space for large audiences, provide the ideal backdrop for performances. The Schalders band stands for tradition, a connection to home and a lively musical community – and looks forward to many more years of music and community.
