Cashless – it’s that simple

With a chip wristband, paying at the festival is quick and easy.

Paying at this year’s Europäisches Blasmusikfestival will be even easier: in partnership with the Czech company NFCtron from Prague, we are introducing a modern cashless payment system. The chip wristband makes the payment process quick and hassle-free. No cash, no change and shorter queues at the stalls – leaving you more time to enjoy the music and the festival atmosphere. With the NFCtron app, you can also conveniently keep track of your balance and payments at any time.

• 1. COLLECT YOUR WRISTBAND – You’ll receive your chip wristband at the ticket office.

• 2. TOP UP YOUR CREDIT – Top up your credit at the top-up stations on site, or in advance online or via the NFCtron app. The first top-up on site incurs a €1 activation fee.

• 3. EASY PAYMENT – Just hold your wristband briefly against the payment terminal – that’s it! No cash, no change, no unnecessary waiting.

• 4. EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE – With the NFCtron app, you can easily keep track of your balance and payments. Alternatively, you can get a QR code at a top-up station to access your online statement.

• 5. REFUND OF UNUSED CREDIT – After the festival, you can claim a refund for any unused credit yourself. The refund will be paid into your bank account within 14 days. No cash refunds will be made on site.

• TIP: TOP UP BEFORE THE FESTIVAL – You can top up your wristband in advance using the NFCtron app. To do this, create an account and then link your wristband to your credit balance when you arrive at the venue.
