Musical Director: Thomas Zalewski

The Brass City Orchestra from Minsk Mazowiecki consists of 40 musicians. Most of them are students or alumni of the local art school, who play together with their teachers.

The band was founded in 1991 as a joint initiative of the mayor, the first Musical Director, and the director of the City Art School. The year 2007 is known as the breakthrough for the wind band. Since then the musicians present themselves in uniforms that represent the colours of their city’s crest. In 2013 the band recorded a CD with the Polish radio.
